Hawkeye Maintenance

No more annual maintenance fees if you don't want them.

 When selling CCTV Systems Hawkeye do not consider it a pre-requisite for the customer to enter in to a fixed term maintenance contract, indeed some of the simpler systems very often do not require any maintenance for long periods of time. This is especially the case for internal systems and fixed camera systems.

 This said, where maintenance contract is requested or advised, Hawkeye are pleased to tailor a contract to suit your own needs or as determined by the type/size of system.

 Please be assured, where a customer does not have a contract in place this does not affect our attitude towards them. We support all of our customers irrespective of whether they have a contract, the age of the system,  size of the system or the number of time they use us.

Existing CCTV Systems

 We are pleased to maintain or repair existing systems whether installed by Hawkeye or not. If you experience a failure please don�t hesitate to contact us, an account is not required. We are pleased to invoice for the completed work or accept both corporate and personal credit cards.

 Note: No contract is required to use our engineers services, you are free to use us on an as and when basis.

 Note: No expenditure will be incurred by you without your authorisation. i.e. If a piece of equipment needs to be replaced then this will only be carried out with prior permission.

Routine Maintenance Visits

 Hawkeye do advise that anyone with a cctv system have it checked and tested periodically to ensure that it is operating correctly and at optimum performance. For example:

a)     It is imperative that any equipment incorporating the time and date is checked regularly to ensure that time and date are correct.

b)     The electrical safety of the system must be maintained at all times.

 Hawkeye specialize in carrying out repairs to lighting damaged systems and are experts in problem systems & earth loop associated faults.
